All services can be accessed using eligible NDIS funding under various support categories.

Personal Training

Our NDIS-registered personal trainers offer 1-on-1 or small group fitness sessions, customised to individual goals and functional capacity. Sessions focus on improving strength, mobility, endurance, and independence.

NDIS Funding:

Funded under Capacity Building – Improved Health and Wellbeing or Improved Daily Living, depending on individual goals.

Exercise Physiology (EP)

Our accredited Exercise Physiologists deliver evidence-based programs to improve physical function, manage chronic health conditions, and support recovery and independence through movement.

NDIS Funding:

Covered under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living (for therapeutic supports) or Improved Health and Wellbeing.

Active Support

We offer person-centred active support services to help participants build skills, take part in daily routines, and engage meaningfully in their community. Support workers provide just the right level of assistance to promote independence and confidence.

NDIS Funding:

Typically funded under Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Life or Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living, depending on the nature of the support and individual plan goals.

Yoga

Our inclusive yoga sessions help participants enhance flexibility, reduce anxiety, and build balance and body awareness. Classes are adaptable for all levels and can be delivered individually or in small groups.

NDIS Funding:

Funded under Capacity Building – Improved Health and Wellbeing or Improved Daily Living.

Massage Therapy

We provide therapeutic massage tailored to support physical recovery, pain relief, and relaxation. Our sessions are sensitive to individual mobility, sensory, and communication needs.

NDIS Funding:

May be funded under Core Supports – Assistance with Daily Life or Capacity Building – Improved Health and Wellbeing (if linked to functional goals).

Self-Defense

Empowerment-based self-defense training focused on building confidence, situational awareness, and practical skills. Programs are tailored to individual abilities and comfort levels.

Can be funded under Capacity Building – Increased Social and Community Participation or Improved Health and Wellbeing.
